01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and winmy15 ("winmy15", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the winmy15 website located at winmy15.cam, including all associated services, content, features and tools made available through this domain (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any page of the Platform or clicking any acceptance indicator, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them in full. 04 Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual may register only one Account. Duplicate Accounts, whether in the same name or a different name, are strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being suspended and any outstanding balances forfeited.

Identity Documents

winmy15 may request the following documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the operation of an Account:

• A valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence or passport).
• Proof of address dated within the previous three months (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required for fraud prevention purposes.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document if an additional likeness check is requested.

Documents must be clear, undamaged and currently valid. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of a complete submission. winmy15 may request additional documents if the initial submission does not meet verification requirements.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All Account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. winmy15 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online bank transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC) may also be available subject to current platform configuration.

Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated without prior notice.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods held in the registered Account holder's name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Cryptocurrency deposits may attract a 2% bonus up to MYR 688, subject to applicable promotion conditions and turnover requirements.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified payment method matching the Account holder's registered identity.
• Active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may temporarily restrict withdrawal eligibility.
• Processing times vary by method. Standard bank transfers and eWallet withdrawals are typically completed within one to three business days.
• winmy15 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding specified threshold amounts.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

winmy15 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses and promotions to registered Account holders. Every promotion carries specific terms including, but not limited to, a minimum deposit value, a wagering or turnover multiplier, a validity period, game restrictions and a maximum bonus value.

• Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of the full conditions applicable to that promotion.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to full completion of stated wagering requirements.
• Winnings derived from bonus play will not be credited to the withdrawable balance until all turnover conditions are met.
• winmy15 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including manipulation of wagering requirements through low-risk or prohibited betting patterns, will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

07 Permitted and Prohibited Use

Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms and all applicable legal requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing any Account registered to another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, advantage play or fraud.
• Depositing, withdrawing or transacting through payment methods not registered in your name.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or support interactions.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

08 Intellectual Property

All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio and video assets, is the property of winmy15 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not authorise you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer or commercialise any Content from the Platform.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winmy15 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

winmy15 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may periodically affect availability.

10 Termination and Suspension

winmy15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• A User has submitted a self-exclusion request or a responsible gambling limit affecting continued access.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to restrict access.

Where an Account is closed due to a genuine error or misidentification on the part of winmy15, the verified balance of real-money funds will be returned to the Account holder following resolution of the review process.

11 Amendments to These Terms

winmy15 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via the registered email address or through a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not agree with an amended version of these Terms must cease all use of the Platform and may request closure of their Account by contacting winmy15 support.
